Common questions
FAQDo I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. The 14-day trial gives you full access to up to 5 vehicles with no card required.
What happens if I go over my plan's vehicle limit?
Nothing already in the app is affected — you just can't add another vehicle until you upgrade to a plan with room for it.
Does it work without phone signal on site?
Yes. Prestarts, job updates and GPS points are queued on the device and sync automatically once it's back online.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from within the app. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. See our Terms of Service for the full detail.
Is my company's data visible to other companies using the app?
No. Every company's jobs, vehicles, drivers and financial data are isolated from every other company on the platform. More detail on our Security page.
